1. What drew you to the music industry?

Ans. The two things that drew me to music was my family and a close friend of mine. In 2012, I was with a group of friends and we were rapping,They we’re trying to get me to rap, but I didn’t consider myself a musical artist back then. I just said a few lines and they laughed because the words that I said were sloppy expect my Seth. Afterwards, he pulled me to the side and told me your good but you just need to practice more because you have a talent. I practiced everyday and got a lot better and once I told my family I wanted to do music for a living, they encouraged me to focus on my craft and don’t let anyone stop me from my passion.

2. Who are you inspired by?

Ans. If I can name several others who I’m inspired by it would be Nas, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G, Jay-Z, Mobb Deep, NWA, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar. The reason I’m inspired by them is because they make me sit down and analyze everytime they say a verse. Not only that, they have there own unique style of music and so creative. When I listen to them my brain get stimulated and it helps me focus and visualize while creating a project of my own.

3.Please explain your creative process?

Ans. My process when I’m writing lyrics is to find a place where I can be alone turn on lyrical music to get me in the mood and just relax my head while I think of a new song to create.

4.What’s an average day like for you?

Ans. An average day for me is getting up out of bed, brush my teeth, wash my face, and turn on my music while in the shower to meet my creation.

5. Is there a hidden meaning in any of your music videos?

Ans. No, I’m sorry there is no hidden meaning in any of my music videos.

6.Do you collaborate with others? What is that process?

Ans. Yes I do collaborate with different artists and it’s can be difficult at times. The reason why is because some artist don’t write lyrics as fast as myself so it takes a little while to get the session done or not taking the music seriously but it works out at the end once I let them know I’m not here to Joke and play around I’m here to make music so be serious!

7. Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans?

Ans. I interact and respond to my fans by social media. I post different positive messages to them on Instagram, Facebook, and from time to time Twitter. So not only they can hear my music, but also a little message to them as well and that helps them get through they’re day.

8. Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety?

Ans. Of course I’ve dealt with performance anxiety. When I did my first performance at an event, my heart was pounding and my hands were sweating so bad I didn’t even want to go on the stage. I prayed before I went up on stage and I took my time to rap my versus. After my first performance I got over it.

9. Tell me about your favourite performance venues?

Ans. My favorite venues is different places around my hometown because young youth around my city love music and they don’t like when artists sound and rap the same. They want a different style of rap music an a unique vibe. I give them that!

10. What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Ans. The best advice I would give someone who wants to follow in my footsteps is just to stay focused and always be determined. Don’t let anyone get in your way from achieving your goals. You can be anything you want a doctor, lawyer, pro athlete or even the next president. Find out what you want to do for a living keep your head up and never give up!
