His latest album ‘Confession From a Drifter’s Soul’ has the best collection of rock tracks with a touch of his pure individuality. The songs like ‘Decide’, ’Slave to Yesterday’, ’Til We Meet Again’,’The Mask that I Wear’, etc are examples of his sheer talent and singing skills. With amazing vocal clarity he can meander through the pace and style of the song. I like the fact how each of the songs provides a different flavor from each other yet perfectly balanced and enjoyable at the same time. The songs ‘Decide’ and ‘The Mask That I Wear’ have a pure rock influence but on the other hand ‘Slave to Yesterday’ gives off a jazz-funk vibe. But ‘Till We Meet Again’ has a comparatively slow and soft ambiance. The guitar solo parts in every song fascinate me.
Absorbing all the genres like reggae, rock, and Hindi music, Abhi Manapragada is making history with his music.
