Hip-hop’s Lyrical Diversity in Big G’s Soundtrack is a Creative Splendor of the Best Kind

4.4/5by Daily Music Roll

The lyrical spontaneity of Big G’s soundscape has already taken my creative guards down and given me closure with its distinctive take on hip-hop’s cultural significance. His tracks from his new album, ‘Issa Vibe’ are resonating constantly in my mind and my playlist with their beautiful musical, lyrical, and rhythmic coordination. The songs ‘DownFall’, ‘Babi Flow’, ‘Bust Down’, and ‘No Cap’ are thematic reflections of Big G’s mind that depict various sagas through their eccentricity and musical encapsulation. ‘DownFall’, ‘Babi Flow’, ‘Bust Down’, and ‘No Cap’ have not only added the edge of creative wisdom into the album but have also boosted his career into accomplishing bigger things.

Hailing from Miami, Big G’s ventures have already made a considerable mark in the nurturing of my perspectives. Tied to the label name Urban Sound Production Untied Masters, he considers hip-hop virtuosos like Drake, Young Thug, Vybz Kartel, and Popcaan as some of his biggest inspirations that pushed him to pursue a career in music. As he gears up for the visual productions of his songs and another project called ‘BuMin’ shortly, I will continue lending my ears to his other songs like ‘What She Wants’, ‘Put It On You’, ‘Kill Me’, and ‘My Woes’. Follow him on Spotify, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to stay updated regarding his work.
