A relationship can be anything, and everything negative should have a breakthrough, Jennifer Lopez’s latest release shows this in a compellingly reflective way. The glass walls and the rope tying people together show these immensely noxious bonds between two people. Sometimes people call it an abusive relationship and trauma bond but, the seamless manner they have captured this on the music video or ‘Rebound’, sends chills down the spine.

While many are sharing that this might be a solid depiction of her past relationships, to be very honest this is something every other relationship goes through the similar oscillation in their relationships. In an interview Lopez said, “I think people always like, ‘Oh, you like acting, you like doing movies, you like doing … What’s your favorite thing?’ Honestly, my favorite thing is live performance,” about her Apple Music Live Concert in LA of her latest song.

She also added, “First of all, I love people. I love looking into their faces and really looking at their eyes and seeing what they’re trying to talk to you,” she continued, “They’re laughing, and they’re screaming, and they’re crying, and they’re jumping up and down, and they’re dancing, or they’re just really still and listening. Whatever it is, there’s such a relationship there.”

‘This Is Me…Now: A Love Story’ is her long-awaited ninth studio album and the track ‘Rebound’ is captivating audiences from every corner of the world. About this release, she said, “We did a bunch of different album covers.” She also explained, “We try to do stuff that’s very special for the fans and does collector’s items and things like that that they can have forever and ever.”

She also added, “The truth is I don’t even know if I’ll ever make another album after this. It’s such the kind of quintessential kind of Jennifer Lopez/J. Lo project and I really feel very fulfilled, so they really will be collector’s items at a certain point.” During the press meet, she also punned about it by saying “Don’t tell Benny [Medina] that that’s what I’m thinking — this might be my last album ever.”

Other songs from this album are ‘This Is Me… Now’, ‘Hearts and Flowers’, ‘Greatest Love Story Never Told’, ‘Jenny from the Block’, ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing’, ‘If You Had My Love’, and more.
