Jubin Nautiyal Shines with Raw Emotion in Barbaad from the Saiyaara Soundtrack.

The romantic musical chemistry of ‘Aashiqui 2’ is perhaps coming back with Saiyaara which is even more evident now with the latest release of the Barbaad Song. The song has been released with an official music video where audiences can witness the amazing chemistry between Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda. It is a debut movie for Ahaan and both artists have done a great job on screen. Jubin Nautiyal’s tantalizing voice is all that music lovers could wish for and the singer has satisfied them with grace. His voice meandered through the familiar Bollywood romantic soundscape which is melodic and upbeat. The ‘Barbaad Song’ is currently gaining a lot of attention from the fans.

Rishabh Kant, better known as The Rish has composed and written the track his collaboration with Jubin is the thing that happened for this song. Filmmaker and director Mohit Suri has highly appreciated Jubin’s voice for this particular song which is pivotal for the movie. Mohit believes that when it comes to a generational voice for romance, Jubin is the one he thinks of. The director said, “There are always singers who become the voice of a generation for romance and Jubin Nautiyal is definitely right up there! I was always sure that the album of Saiyaara would have Jubin singing a soulful romantic track. When I got Barbaad, I knew Jubin would be the perfect fit.”

Mohit further added, “Jubin has a very unique voice that makes romantic songs have more feel, more impact. It is a rare quality for any singer to have which is why such singers become the biggest of the stars. I feel if a singer can land a romantic song that people can connect to, can identify with, it is truly a gift from above to have such a talent.” ‘Barbaad’ is currently buzzing among the fans and the video on YouTube has already gathered much attention. The song is also helping create anticipation for the movie which is scheduled to release on 18th July.

Bollywood has been missing out on deeply romantic songs that people enjoyed in the Prime of Arijit Singh’s era. ‘Barbaad’ with Jubin’s voice is also taking listeners back in time as it feels like a project from a decade ago.
