The artist is known for his ability to take risks and try out new things as he believes in never limiting his art. In these new tracks, the artist has once again proved that he is here for the long run. Recently, I had the opportunity to listen to his discography, especially, the newly released three tracks, ‘De trop’, ‘Slave Forever’, ‘Akuna Matata’ and ‘Self Service’, and I was completely spellbound. The artist seemed to have struck the perfect balance between these two, combining the retro elements along with the modernity.
All three soundscapes, ‘De trop’, ‘Slave Forever’, ‘Akuna Matata’, and ‘Self Service’ are all made by the same artist, yet carry so different themes and elements. However, something that I found common in all these musical creations is how brilliant the productions are. MCB has shown immense creativity and aptness in crafting these tracks that are equally impressive and refreshing. Starting from the catchy tunes and upbeat musicality, the composition has complimented the lyrics and vocals so well that these tracks will forever remain on my playlist.
