The music video was released two days ago, and in this short time, it has generated a massive buzz. It is also coming to know that a formal complaint has been filed against the video even before the CBFC and the I&B Ministry requested a ban on the soundtrack.
This particular song has led to so much controversy for its obscene visuals and disturbing lyrics. Many have also said that the music video can also particularly harm minors. Advocate Vineet Jindal has made a formal complaint and asked to take urgent legal action against the song. As the video was released on YouTube, everyone got to see it. And a maximum of the people have said it contains ‘highly vulgar, sexually suggestive, and obscene expressions’. In addition to all this, it is also said that the video promotes vulgarity with its disturbing visuals.

The complaint has been filed against the lyricist RaqeebAlam, composer Arjun Janya, singer Mangli, and the director Prem. Everyone is considered responsible for creating such a music video. As of now, it has come to light that the complaint is declared for the publication and circulation of the music video that can get penal provisions under Section 294 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act), and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Along with all this, it is also known that a separate criminal complaint has also been filed with the Delhi Police Cyber Cell for this music creation. At first, the lyrical video was released on YouTube on Monday. Now, the video has been removed from the video streaming platform. It has been released in many languages, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada by the official music partner, Anand Audio. Now, on Wednesday, the Hindi version of the song has also been removed from YouTube. The song is only available in the Promo video of the Hindi version, where it doesn’t even contain the full lyrics.
This song is a part of the pan-India Kannada movie ‘KD: The Devil’ by the director Prem. What the maker will do in the movie with this song hasn’t been that clear. It is expected that he will share the updates very soon.
