Amid the ongoing backlash over his controversial Haryanvi track, rapper-singer Badshah appears to be entering a new phase in his personal life. The artist has reportedly tied the knot with Punjabi actor Isha Rikhi, nearly six years after his divorce from his first wife. The buzz began on Tuesday when Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared a series of photos on Instagram that seemed to hint at the couple’s wedding. The images quickly caught attention online, offering glimpses of what looks like an intimate ceremony attended by close family members. In the visuals, Badshah and Isha are seen taking part in traditional rituals, dressed in classic attire and surrounded by loved ones.
Clips circulating online show the couple exchanging varmala in the presence of family and friends. Poonam Rikhi captioned the post with, “God bless you @isharikhi @badboyshah.” That short message was enough to spark widespread excitement, as fans rushed to react.

As soon as the pictures surfaced, the comment section filled with congratulatory messages. Fans shared their excitement and sent their wishes. One wrote, “Very happy for you Isha…God bless you”, while another added, “Heartiest congratulations”. Comments like “Congratulationsssss aunty” and “congratulations happiest married life” continued to pour in.
Despite the growing buzz, details about the wedding remain unclear. There is still no confirmation on when the couple officially tied the knot. This has raised curiosity, especially since Badshah was seen performing in London with Nora Fatehi as recently as March 22.

For context, Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, was earlier married to Jasmine Masih. The two parted ways in 2020. They share a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, born in January 2017. In 2024, during a conversation with Prakhar Gupta on his podcast Prakhar ke Pravachan, Badshah spoke about the separation. He said, “I know for a fact that we both tried everything. We tried our best. We both tried our best and gave everything that we had. We separated because it was not healthy for our child. I get to meet my child but not that often… as she lives in London.”
Over the years, the rapper has also been linked to Mrunal Thakur and Hania Aamir, though none of those rumours were confirmed. At the same time, Badshah has been dealing with criticism around ‘Tateeree’. The track has drawn strong reactions for its allegedly explicit lyrics and visuals. Responding to the backlash, he took to Instagram and issued an apology, stating that he did not intend to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
