Set to take place at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi, the announcement has already sparked excitement across social media, with fans eager to see two of India’s biggest names come together under one roof.

The buzz began after Kohli unveiled the collaboration through a social media post featuring both stars standing on a massive stage. In the image, Kohli and Aujla are dressed in black T-shirts with the numbers 1 and 8 on their backs as they face a packed arena illuminated by thousands of lights. Accompanying the post was a simple but effective message from the former Indian captain: “Welcome Karan, the stage is ours. 21st June, Delhi.” While the event itself remains highly anticipated, the partnership feels like a natural extension of Kohli’s growing lifestyle brand, One8. Created in collaboration with Puma, the brand was initially launched as a sportswear venture but has steadily expanded into multiple categories, including footwear, fragrances, and hospitality through the One8 Commune restaurant chain.

The performance reportedly attracted more than 75,000 fans, making it one of the largest single-day gatherings ever recorded for a Punjabi artiste in India. The evening opened with a set from DJ Chetas before Aujlamade a memorable entrance, arriving via a pop-up lift and later gliding across the stadium on a zipline.

Following the Delhi show, the ‘TaubaTauba’ singer continued his tour across 11 additional cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow and Ludhiana. With both stars commanding enormous fan followings, their upcoming One8 event is already shaping up to be one of Delhi’s most talked-about entertainment gatherings of the month.
