Tennessee is one of the prime hubs for creative exploration, where artists are in large numbers, and they all gathered at the Bonnaroo Festival 2026. This annual festival in Manchester, Tennessee, was held from June 11 to June 14, and it celebrated music and arts from all sectors. This year’s event marks an epic comeback as last year’s event was called off mid-way due to heavy rainfall and flooding. Overlapping the memories of 2025, this year’s Bonnaroo was a complete blast for four days, and fans enjoyed it very much.
The roster for this annual Tennessee festival included more than 150 music artists from various genres for a never-ending stream of live music. The artists were more than happy to be a part of this across The Farm, and the list of headliners included The Strokes, Skrillex, Noah Kahan, and RÜFÜS DU SOL. The festival also featured some of the rising rock artists in the industry who offered a deep impact among the fans, including Yungblud, Wet Leg, Geese, Turnstile, Amyl and The Sniffers, and so on. Nashville is also close by, and artists like Kesha, Alabama Shakes, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Teddy Swims, and many others were also there to represent their city.

There is no doubt that the crowd will be jumping wherever there is Skrillex, as this magnificent DJ knows how to resonate with everyone. He returned to the festival as a headliner after a decade and offered a surprise all-night set that nobody expected. The king of dubstep returned to the farm, and it almost felt like he was the reason why the storm was happening. He offered an iconic set that included “Where Are Ü Now,” “Stereo Love”, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)” and many popular tracks in their remixed flavor with the heavy bass, skronks, screeches, and hefty drops.

The rock band from the Isle of Wight, Wet Leg, becomes powerful on stage with the support and love from thousands of fans. They took over the day two with a heavy post-punk set that captivated the audience. Rhian Teasdale, the frontman, stood out with powerful stances, and so did the entire band. This UK band became incredibly popular after their second album “Moisturizer,” which became no.1 on the UK Charts in 2025. With a 30-second scream amidst ‘Ur Mum’, they initiated a new era of punk.

As Yungblud shouted, “Are you motherf***ing ready to rock and roll?”, the crowd yelled as if it were the end of the world. The bare lad clad in black leather fans is a heartthrob to many, and when he performed songs like “The Funeral,” “My Only Angel,” and “Lovesick Lullaby,” it was glorious for all the rock fans. He leapt from the stage and floated on the hands of the crowd, which has become his signature style now.

On the second night of the festival, GRiZ was found offering a wonderful blend of electro-soul and funk, where listeners can find a saxophone along with a DJ set. The producer teamed up with Kaleena Zanders, who is best known as a trombonist, trumpeter, and vocalist. They set the stage on fire, and it’s a complete party mood with laser lights and confetti. The most memorable moment is when GRiZ brought indie rock band Rainbow Kitten on stage.

Turnstile from Baltimore made their debut performance at the Bonnaroo festival, and it did not feel like their first, as the fans resonated with their tracks like no one else. The front-woman for the group, Michelle Zauner, is a talented and ravishing woman who captivated the audiences with songs like “Kokomo, IN,” “The Body Is a Blade,” and “Be Sweet.” With her honey-dripping vocals and recent announcement of pregnancy, the artist was glowing with the love of her fans.

There is no doubt that Kesha is one of the top pop artists in the industry, and she proved that again with the Bonnaroo performance. The artist asked the fans to put up their middle fingers, “Because we do not stand abuse in my house,” as she claimed. She has recently gained justice against the evil deeds of long-time producer Dr. Luke, and she is a liberated woman now. She tells the crowd, “Will you help me take back my songs tonight?” and then offers a power-packed performance through the tracks like “TiK ToK,” “Sleazy,” “Take It Off”, “We R Who We R,” and so on.
It is safe to say that Bonnaroo Festival 2026 brought all the artists and fans together who love music, and the weather could not stop them from enjoying themselves.
