Music band Bludgers impressively exposes their talent and diverse melody line with the latest EP ‘Bludgers FIVE’ that is filled with smooth and addictive hooks.

Formed in Champaign, Illinois back in 1993, Bludgers formed by singer Jon Pheloung, guitarist Paul Colussi, guitarist Andy Leach, bass player Craig Walls, and drummer Sean Fogarty, have efficiently taken their name to the next platform with the release of their latest EP Bludgers FIVE’. The band draws its influence from around the world and gets together after years to record new music. The latest EP consists of five tracks namely ‘Dirty Laundry’, ‘Frozen Ground’, ‘More Things You Do…’, ‘Saint Monday’, and ‘Full Steam Behind’ that is full of great melodies, joy-filled playing, and some soaring harmonies that instantly mesmerizes the heart. The constant buzz of the guitar strings coupled with the powerhouse rhythms of pop and country makes the EP a delightful listen.

The Bludgers ensure that their creations never sound monotonous instead they weave them with varied musical structures to reach millions of ears. The latest EP ‘Bludgers FIVE’ is the most varied set of songs they have released so far and confidently steers between country-rock to acoustic pop roots, and classic rock balladry to hit with maximum impact. The band has played support for Uncle Tupelo, The Bottle Rockets, and others, and has recorded three albums for Hammerhead Records.
