Q : Hey, congratulations on the latest release. So, how was the expereince?

Ans : The experience is a lot of hard work and disappointments along the way. However, the reward of watching my project unfold is well worth the hard work. I genuinely love music, and most importantly, I want to show my creative abilities through my music.

Q : Who or what have inspired you to involve yourself in the music industry?

Ans : Struggling in life, working at jobs just for a paycheck, my Bison (Nichols College) education influenced me to believe I can make my passion into a business. My biggest inspiration comes from when I was 12 and I started writing after my foster brother influenced me through his music.

Q : Tell us about your latest music video ‘Bet On It Official’?

Ans : I don’t consider this music video to be my best work therefore it makes me want to work harder on my music and video presentation because I know I have a lot more to learn in this industry, which is going to help my projects get better.

Q : What does the song represent?

Ans : The song to me represents when a lot of people doubted my process and didn’t believe in my vision or my strength as an artist. I had to believe in myself.

Q : With whom you will love to collaborate in future?

Ans : I have and always will be a J. Cole fan so that has and always will be my dream collaboration.

Q : Do you produce the beats alone or else you take some references?

Ans : I don’t produce my own beats; however, I like to be involved in the process.

Q : Please mention the features that make a track truly powerful.

Ans : For me its about having a message, delivery, and can others relate to it because although our experiences feel unique there is always someone who can relate. Even if I you can’t relate making music that at least gives people an understanding of where a person is coming from in situation.

Q : Do you love showcasing your talent through live performances?

Ans : I love performing; however, I must always practice staying performance ready. This sometimes means taking time to work on performance techniques to make sure I’m engaging my audience. When I see people repeat the words in my music I’m elated. I want to make sure I’m giving the best performance.

Q : What are the things that you have learnt so far while surviving in the music industry?

Ans : I would say do your research, own your music, build a strong team and network with people who want to see your grow.

Q : Any tips for those who wants to be a future rapper?

Ans : There is always something your can work on and practice. However, choosing your team wisely is important.
