We have recently got in touch with Badazz Spiitz as she made time from her busy schedule to answer some of the most interesting queries about her music and upcoming projects.

Hello Badazz Spiitz! Thank you so much for agreeing to do this interview with us and congratulations on the release of your incredible music video on YouTube.

Q : So tell us a few things about yourself?

Ans : I was born may 8 1989 I went to schools in Los Angeles county ending my senior year at Hollywood high school. I have a unknown cause for seizures which means I’m epileptic.

Q : How is ‘All Mine’ different from your other works?

Ans : I wrote All Mine during my glow up season … I had lost everything in a small matter of time due to seizures .. and after I moved away from my home town Los Angeles and got back on my feet everything I now have is ALL MINE!

Q : How much do you think the listeners will relate to this one?

Ans : I think that anyone that has ever worked hard to get what they have could relate to my song .

Q : Who or what is the inspiration behind this particular song?

Ans : I was watching the comedian fluffy and he was using the phrase” ay yai yai” which is something I heard and say a lot growing up around Hispanics. I was laughing at his jokes and mumbling along and slowly came up with my hook lol.

Q : What message would you like to convey through the track?

Ans : The message behind all mine is to be your own boss and hustle until you get what you deserve.

Q : How much do you think your works inspire the empowerment of women in our society?

Ans : I believe that women are strong powerful and beautiful human beings. I write music with only 1 intention for other woman and that is to never let anyone else determine your worth. I write music as a reminder to be bold loud and proud and even though we all have weakness we are not weak.

Q : How do you manage to write, sing, and perform in the music video all together single-handedly?

Ans : I write from the heart and the lyrics express my feelings so releasing music and Performing is how I get people to understand me. And my reminder during the video shoot is to always be my best self but more than any thing have fun.

Q : When did you first start rapping and who influenced you to do so?

Ans : My uncle use to rap before he passed. When I was 7 years old he wrote my first rhyme and I fell in love with the art of it.In 5th grade I received the most talented award I’m sure it was because all I did was rap and recite lyrics from my favorite artist every chance I got lol by that time lil Wayne and cash money was a huge influence was lol by middle school I was already writing my own verses and creating songs.I remember when the radio station dj came to my middle school Horace Mann and I got on the mic and spit for my whole school every one knew after that I was Brittney that rap lol.

Q : Which contemporary artist’s rhyming-pattern is close to yours?

Ans : I believe that my style of music is unique. There is only 1 me so you will only get this sound from me. If you would like to place me in a category I’m sure it would be hip hop trap music new age west coast but I’m very versatile and can write any genre my heart chooses.

Q : Are you currently working with any production house or recording label?

Ans : I am independent artist and I’m not currently working with any major labels.

Q : Are you currently working on any projects or planning to drop any soon?

Ans : I am always working on new projects my next single – IS YOU DOWN will be released in august Be on the look out for the video as well.

Q : Do you have any upcoming stage shows that your fans can enjoy?

Ans : I am not currently booked for any up coming events but will keep everyone updated so stay tuned.
