It is in the news that a new massive lawsuit seeking $2 billion will be imposed on Travis Scott, Apple, Live Nation, Drake, and others who have been acting from 282 complainants linked with the deadly case of the Astroworld tragedy, in which 10 people have died in Houston.

It is a new complaint from a lawyer who is associated with this case from the very beginning Thomas J. Henry. With this latest twist, the case is evolving very fast and it is growing exponentially after a single concertgoer Kristian Paredes has registered the first file on November 8.

On Thursday, Henrey stated, “My clients want to ensure the defendants are held responsible for their actions, and they want to send the message to all performers, event organizers, and promoters that what happened at Astroworld cannot happen again”. Moreover, here defendants were accused of charging an exorbitant amount of money for this event and they were still selected for cutting costs, cutting the corners, and putting the attendees at a risk.

Alleges against Apple is that they have purchased promotion and implementation of the exclusive online streaming rights of his show and it has played a big role for the disaster management of crowd-control. Moreover, the reports from the investigation of this catastrophe are saying that the premises were designed in such a way that can best be served by Apple’s online streaming at the stake of the concertgoer safety. Thus, the camera positions of Apple were fixed in such a way that became a barrier to the exit path of the concertgoers and that is a probable reason for having such a fatal case. Still, now Apple did not provide any response against this new lawsuit.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Buzbee is another lawyer saying that the defendants have ignored a series of red and stop signals so they must be held liable for this case. Whereas, Drake has stated in his Instagram account that it is a devastating fact. He has also shown his sympathy over the families and friends of the victims who lost their lives in this fatal incident.
