And now her diet routine is now trending rapidly. Korean singers and models have always maintained their weight to a flawless extent. Jennie is not just the leading singer of the group but also their public face. And her incredibly picturesque physic has been one of the most contributing factors to her success. Everyone already knows how much the k-pop industry is strict about maintaining weight.

It is now a well-known fact that diet contributes 80% of the change of physic transformation while workout helps the rest 20% only. She has been maintaining her weight for a while now and she eats clean meals and follows a moderately strict balanced diet. Salt or rather, sodium is often considered the quality ingredient of a food item, but Jennie completely stays away from foods that are salty.

She has her breakfast before heading to the gym. And her breakfast is mostly simple which she can eat quickly. Fruits or whole-wheat toast are the best options that keep her energetic for the day. For lunch, Jennie likes to have avocado salad and her signature dinner dish is porridge and detox juice. Her much-emphasized porridge has been one of the most tried-out recipes for breakfast by her followers and other YouTube content creators.

Not as a snack but during snack time she often has green tea or detox tea. Jennie mostly restrains herself from having any snacks in between her meals. If she feels hungry then she has a protein bar or some fruits as a snack. She also sometimes takes a break from this strict routine and indulges in fattening things like burgers and pizzas, but not regularly.

Along with this simple and clean diet, she follows a very elaborate workout routine. She mostly indulges in Pilates and follows an intense Pilate routine. Apart from Pilates she sometimes enjoys her workout time by including dancing, everyone has seen her avid dancing skills. And sometimes she performs yoga also, as a form of exercise when she wishes to take a break from Pilates.
