It seems like popstar Justin Bieber took a stroll down his memory lane as he recently paid a visit to the Bowling Alley where he shot his first breakthrough hit single ‘Baby’. On Thursday, Dec. 11, the popstar shared a reel on Instagram showing that he visited the location where he filmed the official music video for the 2010 song.
The Instagram post was captioned, “Went to where I shot my music video for ‘Baby’. This is what happened,” and he also made sure to mention a few friends and collaborators who accompanied him on his journey. There was Kyle Massey, Eddie Benjamin, Gabriel Jacoby, and Oranj Goodman.

There was also a second clip that showed the musician singing the track while roaming around with friends at the bowling alley. It was quite amusing to see that one of his friends also took the rap verse by Ludacris and started with “When I was 13, I had my first love.”
It goes without saying that ‘Baby’ is a turning point in pop culture, and the lead single was featured in the first full-length album by Bieber, titled ‘My World 2.0.’ The song peaked at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and gained a huge amount of attention from global music lovers. The official music video was shot at Universal CityWalk, along with different shots at Lucky Strike Lanes in Los Angeles.

In an earlier interview in 2010 with MTV News, Ludacris said that this music video can be a version of Michael Jackson’s “The Way You Make Me Feel,” however, there are differences in storytelling. Either way, this song became a pop phenomenon, which inspired a lot of listeners along with merging pop stars.
The song also influenced the youth, and that is reflected in the words of Jasmine Villegas, who is the actress and singer, and portrayed the character of Bieber’s love interest. In an interview, she said, “I was around 16, 17. I was already doing music, but at the time I was signed to Sony Epic and had been recording and all that,” and further added, “At the time I did have a clue of who he was because I had seen YouTube videos. When I first got offered the video, I just didn’t put two and two together.”
