The 31-year-old pop star, Bebe Rexha has announced the release of her sophomore album, ‘Better Mistakes’. The Grammy-nominated artist declared the news on Wednesday and the album is set to release on 7th May. Album art is also shared by the artist and it is brilliantly shot by Brian Ziff, the talented photographer. She also dished out behind-the-scenes clip over zoom and gave a sneak peek of the photoshoot.

The album is going to release after almost three years later when the singer released the maiden album ‘Expectations’. And this album had the very popular number ‘I’m a Mess’. The ‘Meant to Be’ singer has already promised that the upcoming project is going to span various genres.

Rexha has also spoken about the fact that she moved into a zone for the cover shoot of her upcoming album. She has also spoken about the inspirations that have gone into making the album. She also announced the names of the artists with whom she has collaborated.

Rexha has been working on this album for the past couple of years and the album is slated, to be honest, and super vulnerable. She wanted more grit and grunge in the album and this was provided by the brilliant photography by Brian Ziff. She has been greatly inspired by Britney Spears and loved the pop-rock and alt-rock genres.

She also said that there are moments when everybody gets fed up and it is quite okay to be like that. It is human nature that they feel alone and sometimes people sabotage things that they love very much. In this particular album, there is a track that speaks of sabotaging relationships. Some tracks talk about the mental health of the singer and also her overthinking issues.

Rexha also has an impressive list of collaborators as she is going to sing an amazing number with Uzi Vert. On the drums, she will have the great Travis Baker and Rexha has always been a very big fan.

She also mentioned that this is going to be her best project and also confirmed the news that the new track ‘Sabotage’ will be releasing on 16th April.
