The album is going to be called ‘Ashlyn’ and will be released on May 7th. She is also co-producing the album with her friend and music producer Leroy James Clampitt. The official trailer of the album has been released on YouTube on April 7th. It has created a huge buzz among her fans and followers. A new single ‘I’m Fine’ came out just a day later on April 8th.

The young and talented musician had released a double EP and her hit singles ‘Moral of the Story’ and ‘Till Forever Falls Apart’ earlier. Both of the songs were huge hits among her fans. The two songs will be featured in the upcoming album. ‘Till Forever Falls Apart’ features her duet with FINNEAS. According to her, she wrote the entire album last summer while she was spending time with her the co-executive producer for the album Leroy Clampitt, sitting outside. She said that they put some blankets down outside to sit on. At that time Leroy had brought out his acoustic guitar and keyboard. They had worked on coming up with refreshing and sublime songs while sitting on the grass. She thinks it was a very traditional way to create music as they were totally out of the range of ‘internet and lit-up screens’.

Ashe also said that her upcoming album ‘Ashlyn’ is extremely honest and introspective. The songs in the album are excellent illustrations of her real experiences of pain and fear. The songs depict how she turned her hardships into ‘joy and independence’. Describing herself as an ‘experiential writer’, she affirms that she could not help but address her emotional journey from her brother’s death to her personal emotional abuse experiences. The album will be released on May 7th. It is available for pre-order on major digital streaming platforms.
