The upcoming collection will also include the songs “Strange Torpedo” and “I Don’t Wanna Be Funny Anymore,” which gained much attention from the industry.
However, fans have chosen No Thank You, I Love You, Goodbye” as their favorite that Lucy recorded with Adrian Olsen and her long-time guitarist partner, Alan Good Parker. This song has been performed a few times by the singer-songwriter over the years, and its heart-wrenching lyricism has captivated audiences with a poetic essence. As Lucy sings, “I swore to myself/I would not follow your lead/So why did I get in the car every evening?” along with the fuzzy guitars by Parker, listeners are already feeling emotional.

Lucy Dacus has been spending her summer touring across the United States, and the festival circuit has witnessed her performing on stage, including the Newport Folk Festival and Outside Lands Festival. The artist is all set to conclude her tour by performing with Cat Power for the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. It will be a special tribute to Cat Power’s album ‘The Greatest ’, which is taking place at the Hollywood Bowl on September 13.
