Taylor Swift Shared A 13-Second Teaser of ‘Patient Zero’ Featuring Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell

Taylor Swift posted a 13-second teaser of her music video for ‘Patient Zero’. The video features Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell and will premiere at the MTV VMA 2026.

Taylor Swift is going to premiere the music video for ‘Patient Zero’ at the MTV Video Music Awards. The event is going to take place on 27^th September at the Peacock Theater, Los Angeles. The event will air live on MTV, CBS, and Paramount+. As Taylor shared that she will premiere her video at the event, all her fans became even more excited.

The new video is directed by the artist herself. Along with Taylor, Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell will be seen in the video. As all three of them are going to be seen together in the video, audiences are becoming more eager to see it. The song is releasing on 25^th September. Fans will get to see the video two days after the track release. Thus, it is creating more anticipation among all.

The song, ‘Patient Zero’, is a part of Taylor’s album ‘The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore’. It is the expanded version of her album ‘The Life of a Showgirl’. All her fans are going to witness something new this time. The teaser of the video debuted on CBS Mornings on 24^th September, Thursday. The teaser has no lyrics, and it consists of an instrumental with an Irish folk essence. At the end of the video, a list of credits was seen that includes Swift, Farrell, and Johnson. In the video, a lot of scenes were seen where Taylor and Dakota are mirroring each other. They were seen in front of the bathroom sink, diving into the water, and standing together at a grave. The video seems quite interesting from the teaser. Now, everyone needs to wait a little bit more to find out more about the video.

In the video, there is a close-up shot where Taylor is seen crying. In that scene, her engagement ring from Travis Kelce was also visible. With this music video, Taylor tried to do something new, and it can be sensed from the teaser. In the video, Farrell steps out of a luxury sedan at night. After that, three of them meet wearing all-black outfits. In one shot, they are seen in a lounge, and in another, Dakota is seen haunted in a place that seemed to be a party.

Along with this, in the video, a gravestone was also seen that has words like ‘daughter’ and ‘gone too soon’. Many of her fans also compared the scene to the grave that was seen in the video of ‘Look What You Made Me Do’. Everyone needs to wait two more days, and then the video will be released for all.
