Yo Yo Honey Singh Paid Tribute to A.R. Rahman with a Tattoo

Yo Yo Honey Singh paid tribute to one of his loved and globally renowned music composers, A.R. Rahman, by getting a tattoo of his name. Previously, in many interviews, the rapper and singer and shown his love for this composer. And that is why he has got a new tattoo in his honor. A.R. Rahman has contributed to the Indian music industry on a large scale. There is no debate that he is one of the finest artists that India has right now. As Honey Singh got his tattoo, he even addressed Rahman as the ‘living legend’, and no one can deny that.

In one of his previous interviews, Honey Singh even said that he has a wish to collaborate with Rahman at least once in his lifetime. Rahman was one of his inspirations to become a singer. In the early days of his life, he listened to plenty of soundtracks composed by Rahman. And that sparked his love for music. After so many years of admiring the legendary composer, he paid his tribute to Rahman.

Honey Singh also said that if he ever gets the chance to produce a track with Rahman one day, that would be worthy of winning a Grammy Award. Even if it takes 10 years to accomplish it, he is sure that it will be bigger than anything. He has never shown his love and respect this much for any other artists. From this, it can be understood how he appreciates Rahman and his work.

On Instagram, Honey Singh shared a video of making the tattoo. It startled the netizens for a brief time. From the video, it is also coming to know that he was singing Rahman’s famous song ‘Tu Hi Re’ while getting inked. This shows how he loves and respects Rahman as an artist. He even stated in the video that says, ‘This is for my love for the lovely legend Mr. A.R. Rahman. I love you sir. This is for you. Thank you for blessing me with your music. You are the reason why I am musician today. I love you forever’.

He even wrote in the caption under the post ‘My third tattoo in one night for my lovely living legend @arrahmansir !! I love you sir thank you for everything not gonna post my second tattoo coz its very personal #tattoo #yoyohoneysingh #arrahman #music #godofmusic’.
