Junk Kook from BTS stole the spotlight at the New York Fashion Week with a powerful appearance, and hundreds of his fans and spectators joined Calvin Klein’s runway show. The NFYW show started in a spectacular way, where global icons came to the front row showcase, and Junk Kook was there to show the very best in the luxury brands.
It was declared on September 12 that Calvin Klein is going to host an invite-only Spring/Summer 2026 runway show by designer Veronica Leoni, and the venue was set to be the Brant Foundation art museum. It is situated at 421 East 6th Street, and the East Village was filled with crowds by noon.

The global pop star attracted a lot of fans of BTS, as well as those who are known as ARMY. They were present at the venue hours and holding postcards, BTS memorabilia, magazines, and other elements to embrace the presence of the lovable K-pop star. The crowd started screaming as soon as Jung Kook’s bodyguard appeared, and then the artist arrived in a beautiful taupe oversized suit along with his shiny piercings, which made him look quite shimmering in the noon. The outfit showcased the clean tailoring and minimalism, which is the signature style of Calvin Klein, and Kook ‘slayed’ in it.

Junk Kook has officially joined the brand since 2023, and his latest presence at the NYFW show felt like a crowning moment for the brand to flex their brand ambassador, Kook, the face of CK. The fans have showered their love through the comments and posts on social media, and one of them wrote, “Calvin Klein had models, but Jungkook was the runway,” and that is agreeable for most!
This is the first time for any BTS member to make an appearance at the NFYW, which is best known for merging the music industry with fashion. It goes without saying that Junk Kook’s iconic presence at the show has become a viral moment on social media, with multiple snaps of the artist.
