Chappell Roan Made Her Mexican Debut at The 2025 Corona Capital Festival

Chappell Roan made her debut in Mexico on 15^th November, Saturday at the Corona Capital festival. The artist surprised her Mexican fans by putting Spanish to the test. That night, the artist performed in front of 75,000 people. Right after getting on the stage, the artist said, ‘¡Hola, buenas noches! Me llamo Chappell Roan’. The artist even said ‘Are you ready to get ‘Naked in Manhattan?’’ in English while referring to her track of the same name.

The music festival took place at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City. It was a fun night for the audience and the artist as well. She offered excellent synth-pop and dance songs that have made every dance to the beats of them. Currently, Chappell Roan is one of the most celebrated singers of all time. That is why everyone was waiting eagerly for her performance. As they have had to witness her perform in front of their eyes, they have truly been mesmerized.

Chappell Roan recently started learning Spanish. While performing, she sat on a throne holding a gremlin-like toy. She stated that ‘I’m on day 55 of my Duolingo for Spanish, and I practiced saying that sentence in Spanish, and I’m too embarrassed to try and speak it’. Just right after that, the artist started performing her soundtrack ‘Coffee’.

When the singer was performing, thousands of artists were cheering by saying ‘¡Sí se puede!’, which means ‘Yes, we can!’. A few people from a group also said, ‘Chappell, sister, you’re already Mexican!’. It can be said that the audience was extremely encouraging. They never made her feel conscious, for she is talking in some new language. Her performance created a huge buzz among all the audiences. People were hooting, cheering, and applauding for the artist all the time.

While performing, Chappell is also going to interact more with her fans. The audience has been waiting for her performance during the musical marathon day. Thus, she had to make it special for them. It was the very last performance of Chappell Roan’s Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour. On the last day of the concert, the artist amused everyone in every possible manner.

She has also stated, ‘I was really nervous to play this show because I’ve never played in Mexico before. Chappell continued by saying, ‘I wasn’t sure, honestly, what the turn out was gonna be, so I’m glad, thank you for showing up, and this is so awesome!’. She even added, ‘I literally think this is the only place that can handle me looking like this’. She was wearing a bridal gown along with lace and veils, while her teeth and mouth were stained with blood. It was a gothic look, and the Mexican fans have accepted it cheerfully. And that is what made the show even more special for the artist.
