Comparing yourself with other artists:-
A little bit of healthy competition is necessary to move forward and do better in your career. But being obsessed with other people’s success and constantly comparing with other musicians can really kill talent. Comparison is a good thing, but in small doses as it will help you understand what you are competing against and what you can do better. However, it is also important not to overdo it. If you are someone who is a competitive individual make sure to limit that because you will end up regretting the talent and creativity that you have, instead of celebrating those.
You must aim to compete with yourself and become the best version of yourself. It is also important to remember that social media is not the real truth, people only let the world know about their happiness and cover up their failures.
