Legendary musician dies at the age of 83, leaving mourning and saddened music lovers behind. Bernard Doherty, her publicist shared in a statement, ‘Tina Turner, the ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ has died peacefully today at the age of 83 after a long illness in her home in Kusnacht near Zurich, Switzerland. With her, the world loses a music legend and a role model.’

The gigantic talent maintained her authenticity for raising her career to the peak after her marriage slumped in her 50s. She was abused, and tortured by her husband Ike, however, the phenomenal singer managed to leave the abusive marriage behind and started making her career on her own. She made it to the top at the age when her contemporary singers were taking their retirements from the world of music.
