The deluxe version was released alongside the original ‘Evermore’ album in December 2020. But it made its streaming appearance at midnight on January 7, Thursday. The deluxe version was released on CDs and Vinyl previously. This is the singer’s second surprise album producers Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, and her boyfriend Joe Alywn/William Bowery last year. The album with the bonus tracks is now available to the general public through music streaming platforms. The new songs, ‘Right Where You Left Me’ and ‘It’s Time to Go’ come with their unique and captivating lyric videos. The track ‘It’s Time to Go’ depicts the pain and suffering of women who were forced to walk out of relationships fearing for their own safety.

The album ‘Evermore’ is considered as the sister album of her earlier album ‘Folklore’. The album received immense popularity and recognition from both the audience and the music industry. It was on the top of the Billboard 200 chart as soon as it was released. Taylor topped the Billboard top 200 charts two times alone in 2020 with the albums. Two months after ‘Folklore’ reached the top of the chart in October, the album also topped the chart. The deluxe version comes with even more surprises of two brand new melodies.

Boh the albums ‘Evermore’ and ‘Folklore’ were created during the COVID-19 quarantine period. They were recorded at Long Pond Studios in Upstate New York. Taylor used her lockdown period to be super productive, releasing entire albums back to back. The behind-the-scene footages of the album ‘Folklore’ were shown in a concert film on Disney+ in November. The album also came with bonus tracks. ‘Evermore (deluxe version)’ is available on all streaming platforms.
