Dolly Parton Earns her Highest Charting Album Ever for ‘Rockstar’

The ‘Tomorrow Is Forever’ singer Dolly Parton charts the highest charted album of her career with her forty-ninth solo album ‘Rockstar’, released on 17th November.

The American singer-songwriter Dolly Parton has not only been on the list of top musicians for decades, she is been able to be a legendary artist for half a century. She has left a mark in pop and country, and currently, she is creating a sensation in the rock music industry as well for her latest new album ‘Rockstar’. After all this time the popular star is still producing spectacular things and setting new highs.

The new album magnificent musician’s latest album quickly marks her highest-charting ever on the Billboard 200 in a recent week. The ‘Here You Come Again‘ singer reached the highest spot on the most competitive albums charts as ‘Rockstar’ managed to overperform the early expectations of the fans during its first complete tracking week.

Parton stated, ‘Wow, this is a big thrill!’ continued adding, ‘I owe a thank you to the fans who have always been there for me. Their support made this achievement possible. I’d also like to thank my producer Kent Wells, and all the wonderful artists, musicians, and engineers who brought their talents to this project.’

Well, last year the ‘Islands in the Stream’ artist spoke to a renowned media house about being highly impacted to build a rock album, for herself and for her husband Carl Thomas Dean who is nearly fifty-seven years old and also a lifelong fan of rock.
The phenomenal musician said, ‘I’m doing the rock ‘n’ roll album because of him,’ further added, ‘I had often thought about doing a rock ‘n’ roll album for him with his favorite songs. And so when this all came about, I decided that I was gonna go ahead and do it. … It was just the perfect storm. OK, it’s time.’

However, the ‘Coat of Many Colors’ singer performed on her hit tracks during the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Washington Commanders in a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader uniform.
The 30-track LP included guest performers such as Parton’s goddaughter Miley Cyrus, Elton John, Ringo Starr, Steve Nicks, and Paul McCartney among several others.

Reportedly, the album also marked Parton’s first to enter the Top 10 of Billboards long after her ‘Blue Smoke’, 2014 release. The performer also happened to enter the Top 10 after she revealed 1987’s Trio in collaboration with Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt.
The ‘I Will Always Love You’ singer took the stage on 23rd November at AT&T Stadium, Texas for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Kickoff Halftime Show where she was seen performing on her most loved classic ‘Jolene,’ before she brought her hit ‘9 to 5’. The skillful musician also performed her Queen’s cover of ‘We Are the Champions.’
