Ed Sheeran Teams Up with Hanumankind and Dhee for Indian Composition by Santhosh Narayanan

British singer, songwriter, and composer Ed Shereen is much loved in India, and he has recently made an Indian tour to make his fans happy. After collaborating with Arijit Singh for ‘Sapphire’, the artist is now all set to make his debut in Tamil with the help of composer Santhosh Narayanan.

Santhosh is a popular Indian composer from the south who has created many chart-buster tracks, and this is his first-ever music project with international collaboration. Other than Sheeran, the team is also joined by rapper Hanumankind, who has previously garnered global attention from the hip-hop community with tracks like ‘Big Dawgs’, ‘Run It Up’, and so on. Santhosh’s talented daughter Dhee is also joining the team with her amazing vocals.

It goes without saying that the upcoming collaboration between the pop star and Indian rapper and singer is creating a massive buzz among the fans, among Indians as well as global fans of Sheeran. Although the title of the track has not been revealed yet, the director made the announcement for the upcoming production on October 13.

Santhosh Narayanan is one of the most revered music producers in India, who is best known for his independent creations like ‘Neeye Oli’, ‘Enjoy Enjaami’, etc, to name some. He shared on X, “Ed Sheeran – Dhee – Hanumankind – Santhosh Naraynan. Proud to have produced and performed this one.”\

Ed Sheeran previously showed his interest in collaborating with an Indian artist when he teamed up with Arijit Singh, and it seems like his wish came true sooner than he expected. Previously, Sheeran was found sharing the stage with legendary maestro AR Rahman in Chennai, where they performed an unexpected mash-up of ‘Shape of You’ and ‘Urvashi Urvashi’.

On the other hand, Hanumankind from Kerala has already made its place at the top of the international charts for hip-hop. The rapper has recently made his acting debut in the Malayalam film ‘Rifle Club’, which is directed by Aashiq Abu, and the film was released in 2024.

Santhosh Narayanan’s multitalented daughter, Dhee, has also climbed the ladder of success with her high-octane singing for the tracks ‘Mutha Mazhai’,  ‘Enjoy Enjaami’, ‘Rowdy Baby’, ‘Ey Sandakkaara’, and the list goes on. Following the guidance and legacy of her father, Dhee is now prepping for the upcoming international collaboration.
