The 68th Annual Grammy Award Ceremony took place on February 1, 2026, and it is considered to be one of the biggest nights for the music industry. The event was held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com, and it celebrated the global music industry with some high-octane performances and artist recognition. However, no event is complete without a delicious menu of food and drinks that can replenish, and the musical souls and the Grammys have taken care of that with love and professionalism. They made sure to arrange a diversified menu for the music artists as well as industry professionals, guests, and others.

The culinary preparation for the event is a big part of the overall planning, and the Grammy 2026 menu was designed in a way that can offer a fine blend of taste and nutrition, considering the long hours. Luxurious, delicious, and dynamic, the menu for this year has tantalized the hearts of the foodies, and it is time to take a better look at the carefully curated foods and drinks from the event. The concept of dishes for the menu has been designed and arranged by Levy Restaurants, which collaborated with the AEG-owned venue. The main focus was creating small and bite-sized plates with delicious food that are tasty and filling at the same time. By offering flavorful and compact dishes, the menu allowed people to eat at ease and enjoy the event.
There were many premium zones at the arena serving the menu, and there was a hefty influence from Latin American flavours. Guests at the event were served with a flavorful punch with snack mix that includes Lime-Salted Popcorn, Tajín-dusted Corn Nuts, Chilli Dried Mango, as well as Doritos Chile Limón Dinamita.
There was a Botana Board offered for the guests, which included Mole Negro, Mole Verde, and Mole Rojo. This is a large shareable board which also includes vegetarian and pork belly chicharrón, Longaniza Sausage, Plantain Chips, and fruit escabeche, along with white beet and roasted garlic.
The luxury suites received a more elaborate menu, which included Código-lime marinated chicken, tortilla kabobs, and many others. However, a good menu for the night would have been incomplete without a great dessert, and the organizers made sure to fulfill the cravings for a sweet tooth with Crema Cacao, which was served with the shavings of Abuelita chocolate.
The menu was a little different at The Delta SKY360° Club, where the guests were served with “On Sen Ramen” devilled eggs. There were also comfort bites for everyone that included Smoked Salmon Cannoli, Dirty Martini Fries, Manhattan Chicken Bites, Sweet Pea Ravioli, and Carbonara Mousse.

The biggest musical night also needs some fine drinks to offer the taste of partying, and bars across the arena offered an exclusive range of cocktails, which included Chocolate and Orange Manhattan, Wild Flower, Champagne, themed signature drinks, and last but not least, GRAMMY 68.
One of the most unique moments from the event was when cheese sculptor Sarah Kaufmann decided to create musical instruments by carving a massive 600 lb cheese block, which weighs around 272 kg. The carvings of the block were later used for making grilled cheese at the event. Isn’t that amazing? The 68th Annual Grammy Award Ceremony truly made a statement with not just music but its delightful offering of food and drinks that kept the party alive!
