2020 has been a year without any big concerts and star-studded gigs but Dua Lipa seems unstoppable on the stage without a single spectator in front. The ‘Levitating’ hitmaker doesn’t need a fanatic crowd to put on a show; she brings the idea of Studio 2054 Livestream which can be the next big thing that can save the world of live music from skewness. She presents Studio 2054 Livestream as a virtual concert streaming in real-time across the world on November 27.

If you take it to be another lowkey quarantine gig on the other side of the screen, then you are mistaken. The official description suggests Dua Lipa’s Livestream as “More live movie ‎than a regular live show.”

So what is it so cool about this unique virtual treat of melodies? Studio 2054 is claiming to be “an electrifying experience that sees Dua sing, dance, ride on the rhythm, walk the ballroom and downright own the dancefloor with an interstellar cast of guest stars, surprise performers, acrobats, and artists to tracks from her debut album, the multi-platinum ‘Future Nostalgia’ and her most recent ‘Club Future Nostalgia.”

The holiday season has arrived with snow-covered roads but the city doesn’t feel alive with no music festivals and star-shinning performances. Studio 2054 Livestream is the ideal escape to the hidden galaxy where music doesn’t stop at all. Viewers can enjoy the good-music-high by joining in from the living room.

Dua Lipa hosted the show on November 27 that could be watched from the farthest corner of the world at the same time as the streaming. North Americans watched the live show at night but the European countries streamed it in the evening. Asian fans supported her new concept of the live performance by staying up all night because they streamed it around 4 AM in the morning of 28th November.

It was a successful show because the tickets were much affordable than the ‘Fever’ singer’s actual concerts. Tickets for her show cost $18.50 for an individual. Her management made a separate bulk of tickets for the VIP experience.

She started the show with a blockbuster performance from a warehouse followed by classic hits performed by Elton John, FKA twigs, Bad Bunny, Miley Cyrus, Kylie Minogue, and other guests.

Dua Lipa was accompanied by fascinating dancers for the opening number “Future Nostalgia”. FKA twigs surprised the audience with an upcoming song that was recorded with Dua Lipa but it hasn’t hit the streaming platforms yet. She was surrounded by the cool roller skater group to help her with the song ‘Cool’. Then she left the stunning club floor to sing ‘New Rules’ on a different dimension. Her new collaboration with Miley Cyrus for ‘Prisoner’ was staged with clips from its official video. J Balvin and Bad Bunny captured the center stage to perform with her on “Un Día (One Day).”

Belgian singer Angèle was the star of the night with her latest single ‘Fever’ that she performed with the queen of pop, Dua Lipa. With a vibrant performance on ‘One Kiss’, she sang a duet with Kylie Minogue on “Real Groove.”

Elton John’s mesmerizing projection of “Rocket Man” left everyone breathless. Then she bid everyone good night with her final performance “Don’t Start Now” and lots of glitter explosion.

She has scored a Grammy nomination this year for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for the chartbuster album Future Nostalgia.

“Don’t Start Now” might win Grammys for the Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance. She got nominated for “Un Día (One Day)” as well with the featuring artist J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and Tainy for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

She will appear as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on December 19 that will be hosted by Kristen Wiig.
