The song speaks of the feeling of anger and isolation a teenager feels during their growing years and reflects the emotional quotient in an embracing way. Band members Finnegan Bell (guitar and lead vocals), Ryan Stevens (bass and background vocals), Samson Young (drums and background vocals), Daniel Alcala (guitar) and Cory Batchler (keyboards) have chosen sober guitar-based music with strong and captivating lyrics to structure this song which has been finely polished by producer Danny Saber. The LA-based rock band has won several awards throughout their journey and even though the group consists of five high school kids, their work testaments their maturity and professionalism.
‘I’ll be “fine’ is a beautiful rock number that fuses rock, rap, and trap influences and has been dedicated to the Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health in teenagers is a serious issue and Love Ghost has worked closely to live up to their much-hyped name. Sporting a consistent guitar sound along with a stellar voice, the music video is highly appealing. Even though the theme seems dark, but the underlying message is all about hope, and positivity to get out of the trap.
