Two of the biggest pop stars of the 2000s, Pink and Christina Aguilera collaborated on ‘Lady Marmalade’ which went on to become one of the most iconic hits of that era. It even went on to win a Grammy Award for the category of Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals. However, both of these superstars had a feud that this collaboration was supposed to end, but it went on to go on for a few more years. This song fueled the feud between Pink and Christina Aguilera further, disagreeing about who would get to sing certain parts of the track.

This song was a collaboration between not just these two, but the song also featured Lil Kim and Mya. When the video came out, it shocked the entire world and became one of the most viewed videos of that time. The feud between Aguilera and Pink went on to go for so many more years but it again came into the discussion followed by Pink’s recent reportedly shade. In a recent interview, when asked, Pink said the music video for ‘Lady Marmalade’ was not “fun” to shoot, hinting that it was not pleasant to work with Aguilera. Fans quickly picked it on and seemed to think that the singer was throwing shade, once again, on Christina. Since then the memories of these two of the biggest female singers of the 2000s feuding came back and the internet is on fire!

In a recent interview, Pink was asked to rank her twelve favorite videos, and she went on to rank the music video of ‘Lady Marmalade’ the very last. The interview was with the British outlet, and her ranking stirred the pot. While explaining why she ranked the video at the very last position, she went on to say that she is all about fun and making ‘Lady Marmalade’ was quite fussy as it involved some personalities. Making the shade even clearer to see, Pink then went again and said working with Mya and Kim was nice, carefully excluding Christina Aguilera from there.

The feud that started from singing certain parts of the track, increased by the time the shooting for the music video wrapped up. In a 2017 interview, Pink claimed that Aguilera swung her into a club which was later denied by Aguilera. However, before this interview, the feud was reportedly over as Pink even said that the two of them ‘hugged’ it out.
