Kylie Jenner is stepping into a new spotlight. The beauty mogul is officially launching her pop star era, and it is already creating waves.

At 9 p.m. PT on 13th October, Jenner dropped the music video for her debut single ‘Fourth Strike’. It is a collaboration with Los Angeles duo Terror Jr. The track appeared on her official YouTube channel, marking her first real move into music. Earlier that day, she had teased the release on Instagram, where she posted the cover art and gave her followers a taste of what was coming.

‘Fourth Strike’ leans into a sultry electro-pop sound, layered with soft synths and an easy groove. Jenner breathes “King Kylie” through the track, a callback to her 2014 era when she ruled social media with bold hair and glam makeup. The song starts with two verses from Terror Jr., but Jenner’s part is what catches attention. She enters mid-song, speaking in that signature deep tone fans instantly recognize, turning simple words into something seductive.

“One strike, two strike, let me get the mood right,” she teases in her verse. “I just wanna tell you I’m sorry.” Then the lyrics push further into desire. “Write your name all over my body,” she continues with her voice low and intimate. “Cross the line, I might do it again / Do it on purpose just to see how it ends.” It is confident and mysterious, exactly what fans expect from Kylie stepping into the music scene.

Her connection with Terror Jr. adds another layer to the story. The duo is made up of Felix Snow and David “Campa” Benjamin Singer-Vine. They have worked together for years. Back in 2016, when Terror Jr. dropped their song ‘Three Strikes’, fans became convinced that Kylie was secretly their lead singer. The rumors spread fast, especially since the vocals carried a familiar tone. Jenner eventually went on Snapchat to deny it, saying she wasn’t behind the mic. Still, the theory stuck, adding to her pop culture mystique.

Now with ‘Fourth Strike’, she is leaning into that history. The title itself feels like a playful nod to ‘Three Strikes’, almost as if she is in on the joke. She even revived her old “King Kylie” persona on Snapchat, posting a new video titled “Glosses Part 2”. It mirrors the viral one she made back in 2016 to promote her lip glosses, tying her beauty empire to her music debut. Jenner’s “King Kylie” aesthetic is officially back, and this time, it is bigger. Along with her single, she is dropping a new Kylie Cosmetics collection inspired by that era. The line will hit stores on 18th October, just days after she was spotted rocking a fresh version of her classic 2014 look. The return of “King Kylie” is more than pure nostalgia at this point. It is a full-circle moment for her, and this time, Kylie Jenner is turning the volume up!
