GTA VI Radio Stations Will Feature Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, And Robyn

Bad Bunny and Lana Del Rey are going to take the virtual airwaves as the hosts of some of the featured radio stations in Grand Theft Auto VI. Along with them, the hosts will also include Lana’s husband, Jeremy Dufrene, Burna Boy, Robyn, Tick Daddy, Morgan Wallen, Slayer’s Kerry King, and Tom Araya. It is seen that music has played a significant role in the GTA 6 franchise, assisting in creating the atmosphere of its fictional worlds. As of now, it is known that the next installment is expected to continue the tradition with a wide selection of tracks across different genres.

The GTA 6 station has a modern Latin-focused station named Cocoteo FM, AfroBank FM focuses on African music, Back Country Radio focuses on renegade country, and The Chamber 106.6 focuses on classic metal. It is quite an exciting time for the game. Along with that, GTA 6 is also going to introduce on-demand podcasts for Jason and Lucia. It is also known that both the radio stations and podcasts will be available for in-vehicle listening. Along with that, audiences will be able to listen through headphones and earbuds connected to smartphones.

Rockstar has disclosed that the soundtrack for GTA 6 will also feature songs from Morgan Wallen, Travis Scott, CA7RIEL & Paco, Keith Richards, and Future. Bad Bunny, the renowned Latin music star, will co-host Cocoteo FM with the Puerto Rican singer RaiNao. The station will mainly focus on contemporary Latin songs along with reggaeton and bachata. The preview features Bad Bunny’s soundtrack, ‘EoO’, along with songs by Farruko, Axel Rulay, Romeo Santos, El Alfa, and El Chaval de la Bachata.

On the other hand, Robyn, the Swedish pop star, is going to join model Alex Consani on Flash FM. It is a radio station dedicated to pop music. It will feature MGMT’s ‘Electric Feel’, Charli XCX’s ‘Good Ones’, and Zara Larsson’s ‘Midnight Sun (Girls Trip)’. The station is much more into a club-oriented sound that complements the game’s nightlife, high-energy urban music, and parties.

Among all these, one of the most talked-about announcements includes Lana Del Rey and her husband, Jeremy Dufrene. It is now known that Lana will voice ‘Delta Dawne’ on Back Country Radio, which she will share with Morgan Wallen. Dufrene will also appear as Mud Dog Mike, a character that is featured in the radio station’s segments. This station mostly focuses on renegade country music. It will include the selection of ‘Need a Little Time Off for Bad Behavior’ by David Allan Coe and ‘The Conversation’ by Hank Williams Jr. and Waylon Jennings. Other stations will broaden the game’s musical range. AfroBank FM, hosted by Burna Boy and DJ Palms Trax, will feature African music, including amapiano and 3-step.
