Featuring one of the best music artists around the world, this year’s NRJ Music Awards made a difference by coming back to Cannes again. While 2020 saw a big difference in the live music concerts, 2021’s NRJ Music awards brought everything back to life. The musical ceremony that started in 2000 with TF1 has gone through a lot of changes still holds its potential with the star-studded performance and nominees made with people’s choice. The event was live broadcasted on 20th November which was once again presented by Nikos Aliagas. The location is set to Cannes where the show initially started with its first edition. The venue was set at Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes just like in 2019.

This year’s ceremony saw the bigger picture with Imagine Dragons being featured in France for the first time as well as the comeback of the singer Angèle whose upcoming album is releasing this December. Adele also took the show to an upper notch with her unwavering presence. The audience is showing mixed emotion regarding the winner’s list but it is evident, that nothing can beat the glamorous evening of NRJ Music awards.
