Revive your energy levels as in\error has dropped their latest, ‘Death by Design,’ which is creating a huge buzz in the music industry with seven high octane singles. The band has done a great job crafting this project that can invigorate the listeners both sonically and lyrically. Well-written and deftly produced, each track reflects the fundamental emotions of depression, anger, anxiety, and heartbreak, along with finely calibrated soundscapes. Churning out the essence of neo rock and metal, the tracks consist of blistering guitar chords, hefty beats of the drum, and prolific vocal skills with raspy melodies. Each of the tracks like ‘Give it Up,’ ‘Leave,’ and ‘Caving’ are the greatest examples of this band’s creativity and musical aesthetic.
Based in Salt Lake City, this four-piece band is formed by frontman Jesse McGivney along with guitarists Dawson Llewellyn and Neil Finch, and Jake Pannell handling the bass. ‘Death by Design’ also features Ben Hoagland (Extortionist) and Joseph Vallez (Bloodline). Produced Clayton Blue at Bamboo Audio in Salt Lake City, the EP is also accompanied by two music videos – ‘Caving’ (released in January) and the title track “Death by Design’ (which went live on December 10 as well).
