Jan Jens rented out his mansions to half of Rolling Loud’s lineup.

Most artists prefer spending their time in a luxurious space where all they had to do was relax and rejuvenate. Thankfully, Miami is home to fantastic properties. They at Jatina Group make sure everything is in place by over-delivering in terms of paying attention to small things like sunflowers beside the bed, pop art mounted on the walls, etc. In Jan’s own words, “Luxury is attention to detail, originality, exclusivity, and above all, quality.”
It’s no surprise that his mansions are almost always filled with celebrities. He says, “Privacy is most important to them than anything else, never take pictures or ask for a picture; worst you can do. They (celebrities) like to be treated like everyone else, but obviously, they know they are special. Also, no as an answer will not work for any request they have. WHATEVER WHENEVER!”
This weekend, half the artists from Rolling Loud rented mansions from Jan Jens. It was a grand affair, and Jan had no time for anything else. He says that he was so busy, he couldn’t even halt for food. It’s an exciting scene when you are dealing with celebrities because they are all with different expectations and demands. Jan is a man who pays high attention to details, which is why he made sure that every guest got what they wanted, and things went on smoothly!
Jan credits his current success to mutual friends who helped him to get into contact with potential clients. Also, it is necessary to be available for a phone call or text message at all times. If someone reaches out to you and wishes to see some villas, you need to be able to present the client options within hours. Otherwise, they reach out to someone else! And slowly you build a name and a brand and you have return customers. His ”German work ethic” is a significant plus.
