Adele is going to be the new host for next week’s episode of ‘SNL’

Guess who is going to join next week’s episode of SNL? It’s the star performer Adele and she has announced that she will be hosting the upcoming SNL episode (24th October) for the first time after a couple of years.

The pop singer was last seen on the US sketch show as a musical guest on November 21, 2015. She was invited to the SNL stage for the second time. She made her debut appearance on the show on October 18, 2008.

She gladly announces to return to the show next Saturday, with her musical guest H.E.R. she will take the seat of the guest host for this episode.

She took to Instagram and wrote: “Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!! And also absolutely terrified! My first-ever hosting gig and for SNL of all things!!!! I’ve always wanted to do it as a stand-alone moment so that I could roll up my sleeves and fully throw myself into it, but the time has never been right. But if there was ever a time for any of us to jump headfirst into the deep end with our eyes closed and hope for the best it’s 2020 right?”

With the notes stuck on the soft board of the date and the name of her musical guest H.E.R, she lets her fans know about every detail about her upcoming present as a guest host of SNL.

She continued: “It’ll be almost 12 years to the day that I first appeared on the show, during an election…which went on to break my career in America, so it feels full circle and I just couldn’t possibly say no!

“I am beside myself that H.E.R will be the musical guest!! I love her SO much I can’t wait to melt into a flaming hot mess when she performs, then confuses myself while I laugh my arse off in between it all. See you next week.”0

She told her friends at a wedding party that her forthcoming album ‘25’ was on the cards and that would be out in out in September 2020. Though she recently confirmed that there would be a delay in her recording.

Her fans were completely taken aback when she revealed in august that she currently had “no idea” when her album would be ready to hit the streaming sites.
