Pop star Charlie XCX is accelerating the release of her upcoming album by making an early arrival of a brand new single that appears on the album. The track is titled ‘Wink Wink,’ and it is absolutely mischievous as its title suggests. The single will be released on June 25, and an official music video is also scheduled to be released.
The song perfectly increases the anticipation for the upcoming album ‘Music, Fashion, Film,’ which will be released on July 24. The artist has also dropped a teaser video that is 15 seconds long and adequate enough to share the theme of the album with a visual tone and identity.

The album “Music, Fashion, Film” is already teased by Charli through two brand new tracks, namely “SS26” and “Rock Music”. Both of the songs offered a different genre-fluid approach in musical composition, which showcases the artistic shift of XCX. She is currently mixing alt-pop elements with electronic edges that make it sound more intriguing.
It goes without saying that the last album project by the artist, “BRAT,” has already proved the excellence of the pop star and made her do an epic comeback in the industry with global recognition. After its wide success, the artist has been offering some thematic shifts in career and musical approach that are well noticed by the XCX fans. Charli is definitely one of the most influential pop stars in the industry, who has been reigning for a long time. She dominated the cultural convention and established her identity as a pop rebellion.

She is progressing in her prolific career with more clarity to her artistic intention that influences a huge number of listeners and fans. She has recently commented, “dancefloor is dead,” which created much controversy as a remark on electronic music and rave culture’s dominance. While she is a part of it, she is now moving on with a shift in her signature musical style.
The upcoming album “Music, Fashion, Film,” will be offering a total of 11 tracks that span around 30 minutes, but it does not follow the ‘BRAT’ trend. In a recent TikTok video, the artist also shared that the new material is “really different” and many would not like it, “And that’s cool.” Charli XCX refuses to chase expectations and represents her unwavering self through music.
