Alex Haines is making huge waves in the world of melodic metal, reaching global audiences with her innovative music. It is remarkable how much attention she has received this year alone. Music has always been her passion—as evidenced by her having begun singing before talking, and playing instruments since she was small. Now, her dedication to her craft is speaking for itself. Her new album The Instrumental Sessions is attracting listeners from all over the world.
This record contains both the essence of metal guitars and symphonic orchestras. That’s what makes Alex Haines’ music stand out. Songs like Two and Like a Ghost (Little Sister) contain especially catchy riffs and powerful drumbeats. Look Up is another fantastic track, with sweeping solos and phaser-drenched rhythm guitars.
What makes The Instrumental Sessions special is that it seamlessly blends diverse musical styles in a way that feels natural and thought-provoking. And Alex will continue to deliver on that front: she is gearing up to release her next EP, The Rain on Your Parade, featuring the first single Sweet Strawberry.
