Versatile music artist Alex Omen has successfully offered an intriguing sonic experience with his brand new music project, ‘Dream Sequence: Vol 1’. Just like the title of the project, it is a dreamy musical creation that features two new songs based on deeper human emotions. There is a song called ‘Final Fantasy’ which is a highly emotive ballad and capable of offering listeners a reminiscence of 80s music and Phil Collins. The song is soft, engaging, and can feel highly relatable with its poetic lyricism that speaks of an unfair relationship. Alex has an engaging voice that sounds well with every kind of soundscape. In this song, his voice plays the character of the narrator and makes the song more personal and intimate. The song stands out with its deep emotional approach that can stir listeners from the inside.
Similarly, there is another tantalizing song called ‘rain’ that can wash away the adversities of the past. This is a UK garage song that consists of an upbeat musical arrangement and is composed with engaging storytelling. This song is inspired by music artist Pink Panthress, and Alex has done a great job in offering an engaging musical arrangement. The song speaks of the joy of getting out of an emotionally destructive relationship that can inspire everyone with the motivation to push through. Associating emotions with rain, the lyrics go as “Let the rain fall down,” which showcases a sense of acceptance and maturity. Considering the deep analysis of emotions through music and lyricism, it is safe to say Alex is creating a new wave of music that speaks for the listeners more than himself.
