Offering listeners her own indomitable spirit, dynamic singer and music artist Jenn Vix has come up with a brand new single that brings back the reminiscence of the past. She has successfully recreated Phil Collins’ classic single ‘In The Air Tonight’ and there is no room for error. Vix has joined forces with guitarist Vernon Reid for this project along with Kweenbass at the bass. They have done an incredible job in crafting this music project that kept the original essence intact while providing Vix’s sheer individuality and creative psyche. There’s no doubt, it is going to be another milestone on her musical journey.
Vix herself is a multi-instrumentalist as she can play bass, lead guitar, synth, and programming as well other than her magical vocals that can captivate everyone. She shared her thoughts behind creating the track ‘In The Air Tonight’ and perhaps she achieved her her dream. Vix says, “It was a dream of mine to record a cover version of it”. She was waiting for the right time and it has finally arrived. Being a versatile music artist with an array of skills, Vix can adapt to any soundscape and music artist. Other than her solo musical journey, she can be also found working on her post-punk duo Feeney Vix or joining forces with other incredible music artists like John Ashton, Ali Score, Reeves Gabriels, etc. to name some.
Vix has also participated in a creative project with Bob Robertson’s singing skeleton group, known as the Sindy Skinless and the Decomposers.
