Harry Styles has achieved a Guinness World Record for accomplishing the record of doing a 12-show residency at Wembley Stadium. Previously, the record was held by Coldplay as they did 10 consecutive shows at this iconic venue. Now, the record for the highest consecutive shows at Wembley has been achieved by Harry. It is quite a proud moment for the artist and his fans as well.

He has been presented with the honor for the longest concert residency by a solo artist or group at Wembley in a single run. Right after that, Will Munford, the Guinness World Records adjudicator, described his achievement as ‘a testament to the scale, ambition and cultural impact’.

Harry Styles completed the London leg of his ‘Together, Together’ tour on Saturday with this series of 12 sold-out shows. Every day of this series, tens of thousands of fans came to see him perform. Each show was sold out, which proved his caliber. On the final day of the concert, nearly 80000 people attended the show. While ending the concert, he paid tribute to his former One Direction bandmates that made everyone quite emotional.

The artist stated, ‘I wouldn’t be on this stage if it wasn’t for four friends of mine that were a massive part of this journey. I wanna thank Niall, Louis, Zayn and my dear friend Liam for these nights and everything that I learned in this time, the friendship, everything… none of this would be possible. I wouldn’t be here without you’.

The band One Direction was formed on the television show named ‘The X Factor’ in 2010. As a band, they gave some of the biggest hits and achieved massive recognition in the music industry. However, the band broke up in 2016, and each of them started working as solo music artists. The band never reunited after 2016, which broke everyone’s heart. However, in 2024, the former band member, Liam Payne, died at the age of 31.

Harry even said that 16 years ago, ‘The X Factor’ was filmed at Wembley. So, returning to the same place after all these years and accomplishing the series of shows is really special for him. He even said ‘Sixteen years ago… just outside of this building… I was put into a band that changed my life’.

In 2017, Harry started his solo music career and continued to showcase his talent by making exceptional music. After that, he won many awards such as the Brit Awards, two Ivor Novellos, and three Grammys. Recently, he dropped his fourth studio album, ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’ in January 2026.

Before the final show at the venue, the official handle of Wembley Stadium shared a post on X and wrote, ‘12 shows. One record. A place in Wembley history’. On the other hand, his mother, Anne Twist, shared a post and made a heartfelt tribute by writing, ‘How could I have possibly known then that he would break records doing exactly what he was put in this world to do, that he would grow up being the kind of man the world needs right now’.
