Madonna and Kylie Minogue Join Forces for a Sensual Remix of ‘Love Sensation’

The first-ever pop collaboration between the two veteran pop queens is finally happening, and fans are going gaga over it. Madonna and Kylie Minogue team up for the first time, with the project to be helmed by Stuart Price, a longtime collaborator.

The pop divas have come up with two new versions of ‘Love Sensation’ on Thursday, August 6, which is a recent single from Madonna’s new album ‘Confessions II’ that was released in July. The remixed versions are titled “Love Sensation (Afterhours Mix),” and “Love Sensation (Afterhours Radio Edit),” which are getting much attention from the global fans.

Producer Price did a great job in creating these latest renditions, where Madonna and Kylie complement each other’s voices without overwhelming each other. The artistic take in “Afterhours Radio Edit” keeps the majority of the original elements, and Kylie joins in the second verse. Their vocal tones perfectly match each other, and this version is around seven seconds shorter than the original.

The “Afterhours Mix,” on the other hand, is quite different than the original song as the soundscape comes with sizzling and thumping grooves, offering an extended and more engaging composition. The layered vocals from Madonna and Kylie make the composition more tightly knit and enjoyable, with no room for errors. This song is an extended version that comes with a total runtime of six minutes and fourteen seconds.

The collaborative project was previously announced by the artists as Madonna and Minogue performed together at the WorldPride Amsterdam 2026, which took place earlier this week. The American popstar performed with the Australian pop star at Amsterdam’s AFAS Live, and the live collaboration set the stage on fire.

The original track of “Love Sensation” is a highly successful track by Madonna, which also marks her epic comeback in the industry. The song ranked no.1 on the Dance Airplay chart and was considered to be the most popular song from Madonna’s latest album. The album reached no.1 on the Hot 100 chart in July, and it marked Madonna’s first act to become a no.1 album in the 2020’s after three long decades. It is her 10th number one album, and she is willing to continue the streak.

Madonna said in an Instagram post, “Words cannot express how Grateful and Surprised I am By the incredible reception, Confessions on a Dance Floor has received.” She further shared her gratitude, saying, “Thank You to everyone who has been a part of this and who has helped make this dream come true. Especially my Fans. The Goodwill and positivity has been incredible.”

It appears that Madonna has never left the prime time of her career, and she is still one of the most successful artists in 2026.
