Global pop stars can play a vital role in boosting tourism for their own nation as well as for other countries. Many pop artists have become brand ambassadors for brands from different countries, and this time it is Jisoo from BLACKPINK. The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) decided to team up with the K-pop artist in order to create a special music video for ‘Your Love’, and it is already creating much buzz.
‘Your Love’ is a hit track by Jisoo that appears on her new mini album AMORTAGE, and a special music video is made to showcase Singapore’s natural attractions while utilizing the emotional tone of the track for nature lovers. The MV captures the pristine beauty of Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore while featuring Jisoo as the center of attraction in her beautiful pink dress.

The latest music video for ‘Your Love’ showcases multiple scenes of Rainforest Wild Asia, which is an adventure-based zoological park, the first in the region. This zoological park opened in March of this year, and it seems like a perfect time to promote this destination of interest, which can bring more people to the country. The Singapore Zoo is best known for its open-concept habitats where people can go for forest treks along with wildlife encounters.
Serene Tan, the Executive Director for North Asia at Singapore Tourism Board, said, “Through this partnership, we hope to showcase Singapore’s unique landscapes and attractions, such as the lush greenery and immersive wildlife experiences at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, our key partner in this project.” Tan also added, “JISOO’s emotive performance brings to life the beauty of Singapore’s nature, and we hope her global influence will inspire more visitors and K-pop fans to discover and enjoy the memorable experiences our destination has to offer.”
After the release of the special video on 12 August, Rainforest Wild Asia is ready to host a special campaign called “Your Love meets the Wild,” which is starting on August 13 and will expand till October 5 of this year in order to show people different forest trails along with caves and wildlife encounters.
