Diljit Dosanjh Prepares to Become the First Indian Artist to Headline Australian Stadiums

Indian Superstar and music artist cum actor, DiljitDosanjh, is going to be the first ever Indian music artist to headline in Australian Stadiums with the ‘AURA’ tour.

There is no doubt that Diljit Dosanjh has become one of the global superstars who has embraced the cultural roots of India in America and many countries. Now, the artist is ready to spark a ‘desi’ fire at the Australian Stadium by headlining a show. He is all set to embark on his ‘AURA’ tour.

There will be multiple stops in Melbourne and Sydney, as well as Adelaide and Perth. He is also supposed to perform at Brisbane and lastly at Auckland in New Zealand.  It seems like he is covering pretty much the whole continent. The record-breaking run of Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘AURA’ tour spans across different regions of North America, the UK, Europe, and his homeland, India.

The upcoming tour promises an expanded setlist along with new tracks and fan favorites. The audience can also enjoy enhanced visuals and production through this tour. This new leg of the tour is ready to start on October 26 at the CommBank Stadium in Sydney. Then it will head on to Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Wednesday, October 19. The weekend is going to get lit with his powerful performance at AAMI Park in Melbourne, which is taking place on Saturday, November 1.

DiljitDosanjh is going to be the first-ever Indian artist to perform at the AEC Arena in Adelaide, and then he will also join the Perth RAC Arena on Sunday. The tickets for the general sale can be collected via Ticketek, and the pre-sale starts on Tuesday, September 2nd, for early access.

Diljit Dosanjh is best known for blending his traditional Punjabi roots with global sounds, which helped him gain global attention as well. Some of his internationally acclaimed songs are “G.O.A.T”, “Proper Patola”, “Do You Know”, etc, to name some. The artist has also collaborated with many international music artists while performing at events like the Met Gala, Coachella, the Billboard Summit, and others.

The artist said about the tour, “The energy that fans in Australia and New Zealand brought to my last tour was unforgettable. My fans’ immense love is the reason I’m coming back with stadium shows in Sydney and Melbourne, and we’ve added Adelaide and Perth so I can celebrate with even more of them. This tour is for the fans but it’s also about celebrating Indian music on a global stage and sharing our culture with the world.”
