Indian rapper Hanumankind has represented his country and culture on international stages and he is ready to do some project for the Indian movies. Sooraj Cherukat, better known as Hanumankind is now preparing to expand his roots in the Tamil film industry as he will be performing for ‘Jana Nayagan’ which is going to be Thalapathy Vijay’s final film as well. The director for the film H Vinoth is also excited to have him as a part of the team.
The rapper is teaming up with composer Anirudh Ravichander for the soundtrack which will featured in the movie, offering more power and creativity to the all-over movie. In a recent chat with Ananda Vikatan, Hanumankind said, “I have rendered a great rap song for Thalapathy Vijay in Jana Nayagan, composed by Anirudh.” Although the rapper has not revealed much, it was enough to create anticipation among the fans.

This is not the first time Hanumankind to performed on movie soundtracks as he has already worked in ‘Maadeva’ featured in the Kannada action movie ‘Popcorn Monkey Tiger’ which released back in 2020. There was another track called ‘The Last Dance’ which was featured in ‘Aavesham’ featuring Fahadh Faasil, released in 2024.
The upcoming movie ‘Jana Nayagan’ is scheduled to hit the theaters on January 9, 2026, which is the perfect time to offer an amazing gift before of Pongal Festivities.
A few weeks back Netflix Tudum 2025 took place and Hanumankind offered the most powerful performance on the big stage. Los Angeles’ Kia Forum was thumping when he started rapping ‘Run It Up’. The rapper has also contributed fort the upcoming season of Netflix’s popular series Squid Games and it is fair to say that he is going to places!
